Hangdog highly recommends Keira Street Cafe for all your catering needs. A full menu is available for pre-ordering. Use the online form on our Contacts page to get in touch or for more information.

Bring your own soft drinks along or purchase them from the Hangdog range of cappucinos, tea, cold drinks and ice creams on-site.

Hangdog provides a microwave oven for use if you choose to self cater, we also have a bbq and if you would like to use this please let us know when you book.

Parties for children under 12 years

The ideal ratio is one parent per three children to hold ropes for the childen climbing. (Full instruction provided). Hangdog recommends a minimum of one parent per three children at all times.

Parties for childen aged 12 to 17 years

Children 12 years old and over do not require adults to hold the ropes for them as are they capable of being taught to belay (hold the ropes) for each other. (Children will be assessed by Hangdog staff before they assist their climbing partner).

*There is no charge for those that only operate the belay lines (hold the rope for the climbers).

Suitable Clothing for Climbing

Everyone:

  • Loose fitting clothing and tight fitting joggers are ideal.
  • Thongs are not suitable footwear.

Girls:

  • Wear a longer top or tee shirt.
  • Bare midriff tops are not suitable.
  • Skirts & Dresses are not suitable.

Boys:

  • Longer shorts are ideal.
